Investors in People (IIP) sets a standard for people management, offering accreditation to people focused organisations. IIP’s standard reflects the latest workplace trends, leading practices and employee conditions required to create outperforming teams. As well as our IIP Gold accreditation, we’ve also been awarded IIP’s Health & Wellbeing accreditation after demonstrating advanced practices in all aspects of the standard – including physical, psychological and social wellbeing.

Living Wage Foundation Accredited

In 2016, we became the first cash management company to become an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer. The real Living Wage – calculated each year based on what employees and their families need to live – is a separate rate from the Government’s new National Living Wage, which only applies to people over 25. Our commitment to paying the Living Wage – which is 17% higher than the government minimum – has had a positive impact on the wellbeing and lifestyle of our people.
